Privacy policy

JD Media Lab (UEN 53531845J), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore, follows the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can contact us about it.

What we collect

Leads we handle for clients

When we run campaigns for a client, the people who respond to their ads give their details to that client. We process those details on the client's behalf, as a data intermediary, only to deliver and follow up leads as the client instructs. Lead forms we build ask for clear consent, including a separate tick-box before any phone call.

How we use your data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers we need to deliver the work, such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), Google, TikTok, messaging and reporting tools, and payment providers. Some of these store data outside Singapore. Where they do, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or for legal and business record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We will reply within 30 days.
